NAWE emphasizes the importance of orientation to enable  NEW members understand NAWE  and what it takes to be a MEMBER . 

In NAWE , we  truly and realistically give new (and even those who have been around) members  proper orientation to fully understand and comprehend what NAWE is truly all about and what it takes to be a MEMBER.

It is our experience over time that  those who are better informed about NAWE stay longer and enjoy their involvement in their respective WORKING GROUPS, and NAWE as a whole . These are the same people who attend various meetings and trainings on a regular basis.

They know that at every NAWE event, there is always something new to learn about NAWE. They appreciate the fact that NAWE is a dynamic BUSINESS membership  organization, ever evolving and changing to meet the needs of the times.

Being in NAWE means having the opportunity to experience the warm fellowship/mentoring opportunity which can greatly expand one‘s circle of acquaintance, foster lifelong friendships,and help one do for her business what  she might never accomplish alone.

 Committed Members demonstrate the strength of their commitment to NAWE by the service they render , through their individual involvement or through their WORKING/MEMBERSHIP GROUPS  to the NAWE BRAND, and through  to the NATIONAL economy.

Being in  NAWE is a CHOICE.  It is a quest to self improvement and can be a satisfying lifelong adventure, for those who are willing to engage and benefit from all that NAWE has to offer.
